VIAVI Integrates Automated End-User Experience Scoring and Problem Area Isolation with ServiceNow – Web Hosting | Cloud Computing | Data center

Viavi Solutions Inc. (VIAVI) announced the availability of ApexNowapplication integration between VIAVI Observer Summit and ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Telecom Services Operations Management. ApexNow gives IT users quick access to the patented VIAVI system End user experience (EUE) scoring model, further accelerating problem identification, analysis, and resolution for Observer and ServiceNow Platform® IT users. The Observer application is available from the ServiceNow Store.

According to VIAVI Network status survey, SecOps and NetOps teams manage new tasks from anywhere and support the growth of unified communications, while calculating a skills gap. ApexNow enables application technicians with varying levels of training to quickly isolate issues by network, server, application domain or client, or physical location. The VIAVI EUE score is underpinned by a machine learning (ML) process that harnesses the power of the Service Now platform to provide insight into the root cause of a degradation to enable automated execution of the remediation process.
